Terms of Service
1.The Platform
Hello Creators is a private, account-based creator CRM, content-management, communications, digital-commerce, and business-automation platform operated by Hello Creators Commerce LLC. The platform may provide private workspaces, content storage and scheduling, social-media integrations, customer relationship management, communications, subscriptions, permitted digital products, payment administration, AI-assisted automation, and related creator-business tools.
2.Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms govern access to and use of the Hello Creators platform by creators, agency-authorized creators, account administrators, and other authorized business users. Customer purchases are additionally governed by the Customer Terms of Purchase and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3.Eligibility and Accounts
Platform business accounts are for adults age 18 or older who are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Users must provide accurate registration and verification information and keep account credentials secure.
4.User Business and Content
Creators and business users are responsible for their content, offers, products, communications, customers, pricing, delivery, subscriptions, marketing, and use of automation. They must possess all required rights, permissions, releases, and authority for content, names, likenesses, customer information, and connected accounts.
5.Compliance
Users must comply with applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy and consent requirements, the Hello Creators Acceptable Use Policy, applicable payment rules, and the rules of connected third-party services. The platform may not be used to conceal, misrepresent, or process activity prohibited by an applicable payment or service provider.
6.AI and Automation
AI-assisted and automated functions may process account information, CRM data, customer context, and communications to perform requested platform functions. Business users remain responsible for configuring and supervising their offers, business rules, and automated activity and for ensuring that their use is lawful and appropriate.
7.Third-Party Services
The platform may connect with payment, messaging, social-media, hosting, identity, and other third-party services. Availability of an integration does not mean every possible use is permitted, and third-party services may be subject to separate terms and availability.

9.Suspension and Termination
Hello may request verification, restrict transactions or integrations, suspend an account, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, prohibited activity, legal obligations, payment-provider requirements, material complaints, nonpayment, or breach of these Terms.
10.Changes and Contact
These Terms may be updated for legal, operational, security, payment-provider, or product changes. The current version will be posted on this page.
