Refund & Cancellation Policy
1.Scope
This Policy applies to customer purchases of permitted digital content, digital access, and subscriptions made through creator pages powered by Hello Creators.
2.One-Time Digital Purchases
Because digital content may be delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, completed one-time digital purchases are generally final once the content or access has been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by law or where the purchased item was not delivered, was materially different from the offer, was charged in error, or another refund basis is approved after review.
3.Subscriptions and Cancellation
Subscriptions may renew automatically at the billing interval disclosed at checkout. Customers may cancel future renewal at any time through the available subscription-management method. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless required by law or otherwise approved, cancellation does not retroactively refund a subscription period that has already been charged.
4.Refund Requests
Refund requests should be submitted through the support contact shown on the website or transaction receipt and should include enough information to identify the transaction. Requests may be reviewed for delivery status, account activity, fraud, duplicate charges, technical issues, and the terms of the applicable offer.
5.Duplicate, Unauthorized, or Incorrect Charges
Customers should promptly contact support regarding duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges. We may request reasonable verification and may restrict an account or transaction while the matter is investigated.
6.Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact support first so that legitimate billing or delivery issues can be investigated. This does not limit a customer's rights with a card issuer or payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive dispute activity may result in account or access restrictions where permitted by law.
7.Legal Rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits refunds, cancellation rights, or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
