Hello Creators
Acceptable Use Policy
1.General Rule
Hello Creators may be used only for lawful activity that complies with the platform's policies and the requirements of applicable payment, messaging, social-media, and other third-party providers.
2.Permitted Creator-Business Activity
Subject to all other restrictions, the platform may be used for lawful creator CRM and customer communications; content management; social-media integrations and scheduling; permitted subscriptions; lawful digital media and digital products; merchandise; business automation; AI-assisted platform functions; and related creator-business activity.
3.Current Payment-Content Restrictions
Under the platform's current payment configuration, Hello Creators may not be used to sell, offer, facilitate, or process payments for pornography or sexually explicit material designed for sexual gratification; explicit sexual acts; adult pay-per-view content; adult live sexual chat or performances; prostitution, escort, fetish, sexual massage, or other sexual services; or other adult content or services prohibited by an applicable payment provider. This restriction applies whether content or communications are public, private, direct, automated, stored, or transmitted through an integration.
4.Minors, Exploitation, and Non-Consensual Content
Zero tolerance applies to child sexual abuse material; sexual content involving minors or persons represented as minors; grooming; trafficking; sexual exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery; sexual violence; content created or distributed without required consent; or attempts to solicit, facilitate, hide, or monetize such activity.
5.Fraud and Payment Abuse
Users may not engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, stolen payment information, unauthorized transactions, deceptive recurring billing, transaction laundering, misrepresentation of the underlying product or service, or attempts to circumvent payment-provider restrictions.
6.Intellectual Property, Identity, and Synthetic Media
Users may not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights. Deceptive impersonation and unauthorized synthetic or deepfake content are prohibited. Where a person's likeness or identity is used, the user must possess all legally required authority and consent.
7.Communications
Spam, harassment, threats, unlawful marketing, manipulation of customer consent, deceptive offers, and attempts to evade legally required opt-outs are prohibited. Users must maintain evidence of consent where required and comply with applicable communications and marketing laws.
8.Enforcement and Reporting
Hello may use reasonable controls to identify potential violations and may request information, restrict transactions or integrations, remove or disable material, place reasonable holds, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Suspected violations may be reported to compliance@hellocommerce.io. Hello may preserve information and cooperate with payment providers, regulators, law enforcement, or other competent authorities where appropriate or legally required.
