Subscription Terms
1.Scope
These Subscription Terms apply when a customer purchases recurring access to a creator's permitted content or digital offering through a creator page powered by Hello Creators. They supplement the Customer Terms of Purchase.
2.Subscription Price and Billing
Before purchase, the applicable creator page or checkout will display the subscription price and billing interval. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at that interval until the subscription is cancelled.
3.Automatic Renewal
Unless the offer expressly states otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods. Renewal continues until cancelled by the customer or terminated in accordance with applicable platform rules.
4.Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal at any time using the available subscription-management method. Cancellation takes effect for future billing and you may retain access through the end of the already-paid subscription period, unless the offer or applicable law requires otherwise.
5.Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a billing period already charged. Refund eligibility is governed by the Hello Creators Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
6.Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, access may be paused or limited and the payment provider may retry the payment where permitted. A subscription may be terminated if payment cannot be completed.
7.Changes to a Subscription
If a material change is made to the price or recurring billing terms, any notice or renewed consent required by applicable law or payment-provider rules will be provided before the change takes effect.
