Customer Terms of Purchase
1.Scope
These Customer Terms of Purchase apply when you purchase digital content, access, a subscription, or another permitted digital offering through a creator page powered by Hello Creators. Hello Creators is operated by Hello Creators Commerce LLC ("Hello"). The creator or business identified on the applicable offer or checkout is responsible for the content or offering being sold, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase through Hello Creators. You must provide accurate billing and contact information and may not use another person's payment method without authorization.
3.Digital Content and Access
Digital products may include photos, videos, messages, downloads, gated content, subscription access, or other lawful digital media described on the applicable creator page. The description, price, billing frequency, and material conditions of the purchase should be displayed before payment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases provide a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access or view the purchased content and do not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property ownership.
4.Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You authorize the applicable purchase amount, taxes if any, and any clearly disclosed recurring subscription charges. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own terms. Hello may use payment, device, transaction, and account information for payment administration, fraud prevention, security, support, and compliance.
5.Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, the checkout will disclose the price and billing interval before you subscribe. Unless the offer states otherwise, the subscription automatically renews for successive billing periods until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal at any time through the available account or subscription-management method. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already incurred.
6.Delivery
Digital access is generally provided electronically after successful payment, subject to account, fraud, compliance, or technical review. Certain content or benefits may be released according to the schedule or description shown in the applicable offer.
7.Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and subscription cancellations are governed by the Hello Creators Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under law.
8.Acceptable Use
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, exploit, scrape, circumvent access controls for, or otherwise misuse purchased content except where the creator has expressly authorized it or applicable law permits it. Purchases involving fraud, stolen payment credentials, chargeback abuse, unlawful activity, or prohibited content may be cancelled or restricted.
9.Creator Content and AI-Assisted Features
Hello Creators provides technology and business tools used by creators. Creators remain responsible for the content and offers they make available through their pages. The platform may also use AI-assisted or automated technology for permitted platform functions, communications, recommendations, organization, support, or workflow automation. The presence of AI-assisted platform features does not change the terms of a customer's purchase.
10.Third-Party Services
Payment, communications, social-media, hosting, and other third-party services may be used in connection with the platform and may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
11.Support and Disputes
For questions about a purchase, delivery, subscription, or cancellation, contact the support channel displayed on the website or transaction receipt. Hello and the applicable creator may request reasonable information needed to investigate a transaction or customer-support issue.
12.Changes and Governing Law
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, payment-provider, operational, or product changes. The current version will be posted on this page.
